🎬British Pathé – Shots of the displays of veteran cars at The National Motor Museum At Beaulieu. Unused / unissued material - Colour material. Beaulieu, Hampshire. CU shiny lamp. Pull out to show very old car. Pan along row of shiny old veteran vehicles in Beaulieu motor museum. Ends on nice shot of car from 1904. Second take of move. More tracking shots along row of cars. CU of emblem on Rolls Royce car. Pull out to show whole car. More shots of rows of other turn of the century vehicles - move in on Rolls Royce emblem. Repeat of tracking move. M/S as the football teams run out onto the pitch. The referee shakes hands with the captains and they do the same, the coin is tossed. Various shots of the match, goalkeeper saves a goal then one is scored.

🎬British Pathé – Probably unusable item about Salisbury Cathedral steeplejacks - very bad decomposition. "Not everybody would choose to tackle this kind of high life business" L/S of a large cathedral - framed inside an oval mask (bad decomposition on this shot). Camera tilts up to show spire of cathedral. "This is the 400 foot spire of the Salisbury Cathedral - highest in England - and hardly the nicest of spots to perch even a temporary nest - " Low angle shot of the spire - steeplejack just visible. "But, what a view of Salisbury! (and what a slender nervy platform to film from!)" Short shot - badly decomposed. Was an item in Eve's Film Review issue number 609. Note: very, very badly decomposed - probably unusable

Originally part of News in a Nutshell - international news stories in brief. Muddeford, nr. Bournemouth, Dorset. Traditional ceremony at beginning of each year's salmon fishing. Various shots of procession of people and choir boys, led by Reverend Eric Dickson, walking down to beach. The vicar gives a short service. Various of Rev. Dickson in a rowing boat blessing the waters. Note: old records spell village name - Mudeford.
