LOST PASSWORDS
Lost passwords can be recovered using the Forgot Password ? link.
    You will need to input your Login or User Name.
    NFG will then send your password and verification code to the registered email address.
    This verification code needs to be used within 12 hours of the password reminder being sent.

    LOGIN PROBLEMS
User Name is not case sensitive, but your password is.
Login will fail if "Caps Lock" is on.
    It may also fail if you use an "Auto-Complete" feature, as found in many browser tool bar add-ons.
After 5 incorrect login attempts you will be locked out for 5 minutes.

    REMEMBER LOGIN (PASSWORD)?
 Please be aware that the "Remember Login" will only work for some internet browsers
 Internet Explorer 7 - Probably Not.
 Internet Explorer 6 - 6.5  - Maybe, depending on your security settings.
